GetAVape Shipping Policy

At GetAVape, we dispatch all orders with a tracking number, providing you with the necessary information to track and manage your parcel during delivery. It is crucial not to share your tracking number to prevent unauthorized changes. GetAVape holds no responsibility for any unauthorized alterations made to your parcel using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Nationwide and Shipping Charges

Courier Service: Courier Post

Estimated Delivery:

  • Non-rural: 1-2 working days (NZ$5.50)
  • Rural: 1-4 working days (NZ$9.00)

Please note that while overnight shipping is our target, it is not guaranteed.

Shipping Policies:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM NZDT will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM NZDT will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
  • Orders made on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

GetAVape does not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels for non-signature or Authority to Leave (ATL) orders.

Age Restricted Goods (ARG)

Delivery is restricted to the named individual on the consignment (or their nominated receiver).

  • Delivery agents and representatives of New Zealand Post will not deliver e-cigarettes to anyone they reasonably believe is under the age of eighteen.
  • Agents must take reasonable steps to verify the receiver's age, acknowledging it with the 'R18' prefix on the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Reasonable steps include:

  • Visual confirmation that the receiver is unquestionably over 18.
  • If doubt exists, proof of identification must be checked, including a valid ID such as a driver's license, passport, or hospitality card with a photo and date of birth.

Additional Fees

In rare instances, we may require additional shipping fees if an inaccurate address results in an undercharged shipping fee. If this occurs, we'll place your order on hold and contact you for resolution.


Once dispatched, we cannot process redirection requests. Contact or visit the Courier Post website with your tracking number for redirection.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

GetAVape is not liable for lost or stolen parcels upon delivery. If your parcel is lost or stolen, contact Courier Post to initiate an investigation.

Parcel Not Received

If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 24 hours.
  • Check your property.
  • Allow up to 10 working days for a Courier Post investigation before replacements are considered.
